Rescue & Rehabilitate

We help non-human animals in need, with emergency and ongoing care. We are a safe home for those who were denied one, and a resting, recovering place for free-living animals before returning to their world.

Support & Train Animal Carers

We train humans in animal rescue and rehab, to develop a robust and active community of sanctuaries. We support animal carers with resources and funds, through robust fundraising streams.

Interspecies Learning

We educate children and adults about the importance and rewards of caring and being compassionate with non-human animals, via workshops, events and projects.

Our Story

North East UK Animal Care Since 2020

We are a couple of non-human animal mad human animals based in North East England. One day we looked around and said 'we need to help animals in need!' So, in 2020 we opened our doors of individuals of all shapes and sizes, from our very first resident, Freya the dog, to Sherlock the snail with the broken shell. We haven't looked back.

Now we want to spread the word on how amazing animal care can be and how incredible animals are. So we share resources and educate others about the wonders of animals and how to look after them. We are always looking to see where we can help more animals in need.

Please have a look around our website and get in touch!

Story
Our Future

We are looking to acquire land that we will transform into self-sustaining, nature-thriving sanctuary. This land will facilitate recovery and residence of all shapes and sizes, and all background (including non-humans from farm background).

It will be a place where plant-based food is grown in harmony with the land, and where energy is off grid and clean. There will be an education centre for schools and groups to visit and learn about animal care, antispeciesism, self-sufficienty and symbiotic living.

If you share this vision, we would love to speak with you.
