TELLING ANIMAL STORIES

Centering non-human narratives through performance.

Calves in Nature

ABOUT US

We are a new UK theatre company focussed on building a world where every being is valued as an individual, with protected and respected rights to a life free from dominion. Through performance we aim to shift cultural narrative to involve symbiotic relationships with all animal species.

Through theatre performances, theatre in education, research events and artist development initiatives, we encompass a new approach to theatre and social change - with creative practice leading culture to a liberated world.

TRY WALKING IN MY HOOVES

Art walk with mini concert

Saturday 8th October 2022 5pm

Newcastle upon Tyne

Soya the Cow takes the audience on a philosophical walk through the city.  Soya the Cow invites a change of perspective that challenges visual habits and self-image. In a playful and musical way, she calls for a new constitution of the relationship between humans and other animals, based on our common animality.
